Woodside Personal Training is made up of a team of full-time, super healthy, fun-loving, professional and caring individuals who are fiercely devoted to making their clients’ goals a reality.

We invest in our Personal Trainers because we believe in the remarkable work they do. Spend a few minutes with them and see what they can do for you.

KERSTIN ROBERTSON

TRAINING MANAGER, PILATES TRAINER

I find that a “whole” approach to fitness is a sustainable way for my clients to reach their goals. Developing fitness isn’t limited to the gym – it starts in your mind, in the food you eat, and ends with a physical result that can go beyond what you imagined. I love witnessing people become the best version of themselves.

To decompress, I love walking my dog, listening to podcasts and dinner with friends. I’m always exploring new healthy recipes, although working hard deserves a little indulgence. (Red wine, chocolate, IPA’s and Spin pizza) When I’m not biking or rushing to a yoga class, my ideal Sunday is spent reading magazines with a cup of tea.

SIMON STANBERG

TRAINING MANAGER

I work under the philosophy that every body is different, and therefore everyone should train to their specific needs. My goal as a trainer is to provide individualized programs that work with where my clients are currently. I enjoy working with individuals of any age or ability, whether their goal is to build stability, increase mobility, strength, endurance, sports specific training, rehabilitation or fat loss. Personal Training allows me to meet a lot of amazing people and create relationships beyond the gym floor.

My favorite thing in the world to do is TRAVEL! I love exploring new places and cultures. My hobbies include: hiking, mountain biking, camping, golf, snowboarding, watching Netflix and going out to eat.

Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics Specialist Trainer, Fitness Institute of Australia Certified Personal Trainer

Years of Experience: 6 years as a personal trainer, served 4 years in the Australian Army Infantry Corps while leading group fitness programs for the Australian Army.

TAYLOR DEEDS

PERSONAL TRAINER, PILATES TRAINER, YOGA TEACHER

My passion for training comes from the desire to make a positive difference in someone’s life. I not only get to build lasting relationships with my clients, but I get to help them transform their bodies, increase their self-confidence and create an environment where they can learn to love themselves inside and out.

It’s true that every body is different! So, depending on a person’s age, fitness level and what their goals are, my job is to customize every session to fit. With my clients, usually the main focus is on weight loss, strength training, conditioning, increasing flexibility and improving balance.

My personal hobbies include yoga, being outside with my dog and traveling to new and faraway places.

Certifications: Ortho-Kinetics Specialist Trainer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Reformer Level 1, Yoga Alliance 200-hour yoga instructor

TOM DEZUTTER

It’s important as a trainer to meet my clients where they currently are, and from there we work to build a strong foundation and then drive toward their personal goals. Overcoming obstacles is what we do as human beings, having guidance and inspiration along the way is integral to our success.

My job is so rewarding, because I get to do such important work with such interesting people, both my clients and my co-workers hold my fascination. It’s the best.

In my personal time I enjoy maintaining strong relationships with my kids, playing guitar and investing in my own personal conditioning.

THANE CLARK

PERSONAL TRAINER

The obstacles on the climb only make the view at the top of the mountain that much sweeter.

I am a natural motivator — so I love working with clients to achieve their goals and see them succeed while I cheer them on along the way. There is no better way to spend your day then helping others invest in and create better versions of themselves.

I love working out, especially on leg day. I also love to be outside, reading books and watching history documentaries.

TERRILL BEVERLY

PERSONAL TRAINER

My personal philosophy that drives my training approach is simply, “Life is movement.” Everyday people are constantly moving, sitting, standing, walking, running, twisting, turning, pushing, pulling. My job is to show them how to move correctly so they can keep moving without getting injured, and do some fun things along the way – play a sport better than before, run faster than ever – whatever is important to them. This job is so rewarding because of the people I get to meet, and how I get to help them reach their goals

Personally, I enjoy music, art and cooking.

Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Sports Science, PN1 Precision Nutrition Certified

Years of Experience: 2 years as a personal trainer, 4 years active duty United States Marine Corps (USMC), 4 years in the Kansas Army National Guard

SheenaHolmer

Sheena Holmer

PERSONAL TRAINER

Movement is my medicine, my meditation and my life. Our bodies are amazing and constantly providing us with information. My mission is to support and guide myself and others to utilize that information and live their best lives and feel great! I love restorative and corrective work just as much as I love lifting heavy things and feeling my heart jump out of my chest.

Outside of the gym, I like to try out many different activities or games such as ice skating, bowling, archery, corn hole, nature walks, hip-hop yoga, Acro yoga, volleyball and basketball. Reading is an everyday obsession of mine and when I need something mindless, I work on a diamond painting. I love a good thunderstorm and clean sheet day is my favorite day of the week.

Certifications: NASM CPT & Nutrition Coach

Years of Experience: Certified since 2016 with experience in group and 1-on-1 training ranging from kids to seniors.

Heather Dillman

PERSONAL TRAINER, PILATES TRAINER

My passion for all things health and wellness has led me to my role as a fitness professional. Guiding people through their fitness journey and helping them to appreciate and love their bodies at all stages of life is my “why”. I believe the benefits of movement go well beyond the physical and that exercise has the power to transform our lives, providing a sense of connection to ourselves and overall well-being. As a trainer, I aim to create a space where my clients feel accepted, challenged, and empowered while moving in the direction of their goals… and to have fun while doing it!

When I’m not training, you’ll find me taking a group fitness class, being active in the outdoors (hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, riding my bike), I also enjoy baking (I have a huge “sweet tooth”!).

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Classical Pilates Mat and Apparatus.
